This pancake mix is a family favorite in our home. Our 3 kids LOVE pancakes and keeping this handy makes it so easy for them to quickly make a batch of pancakes on a busy morning. The best part about is is that you just add water or milk to the mix - and that’s it! (and since we always have homemade vanilla on hand, they add a splash or 2 for flavor.)
